Founder & CEO
Aaron served as the Chief Strategy officer at Texas Health Resources, a $5B integrated healthcare delivery system, where he has been for 8 years. He spent over four years with The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he was a core member of the strategy and healthcare practices. Aaron spent 9 years with The Dow Chemical Company, where he held roles in business development, innovation, and optimization.

Aaron holds an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin, where he graduated with highest honors. He holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Chemical Engineering from Brigham Young University, where he graduated with honors. He is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) and a certified Six Sigma Blackbelt.
